Stress Is One Of The Causes Of Teeth Grinding

It Results In Flattened Or Chipped Teeth And Headaches Hen Waking Up

Stress can have effects on the body, such as headaches and loss of sleep. However, it can also affect the teeth in the form of teeth grinding or bruxism. Teeth grinding can also be a side effect of drugs for treating depression. Other studies have found a relationship between stress and periodontal disease, including gum infections.
