Social anxiety is a condition in which a person has an extreme fear of being evaluated by other people. This makes them avoid social situations and especially the ones in which unknown people might be involved, such as parties and another type of gatherings. There are tips to manage these situations. The easiest way would be to avoid them, canceling the plan. However, this is a bad idea because the first minutes in a party are the most uncomfortable ones, with or without social anxiety.
