It Can Be Triggered By Certain Foods Or Excess Stress    




IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) symptoms can include back pain. In this case, back pain is referred which means that pain is felt in a part that is not the actual source. IBS causes constipation, bloating and excessive gasses, which can cause distention of the intestine, affecting pain receptors in the back. IBS can be triggered by allergy or intolerance to certain foods, such as chocolate, milk, and alcohol, among others. It can also be triggered by excess stress.
