Taking A Walk While Being Mindful To The Surroundings Has A Synergistic Effect On Stress Reduction    




Stress can be lowered by meditation or breathing exercises, maintaining a calm position. But there is another technique called the mindful movement, in which the person takes a walk to be more mindful of his breathing and surroundings, and even may help in boosting his wellbeing. Physical activity can reduce stress, but in the case, there is no time for a jog, or to go to the gym, a walk will also help.
