Identifying Anxiety Attack Triggers

Identifying Anxiety Attack Triggers

Among Them Are Eating Excess Carbs And Thinking Negatively About The Future

Even though anxiety is a fairly common condition, the causes of an anxiety attack may vary. One of them is just being alone in one’s thoughts in a quiet environment, which can begin a string of automatic worries leading to a panic attack. Another trigger is eating a large number of carbohydrates, which causes an increase in insulin, leading to more anxiety. Thinking about the future is good, but if done in a negative way will also trigger an anxiety attack, since the thoughts can be centered on what can get wrong. Other anxiety triggers are misplacing something and not being able to find it, such as the keys, phone or wallet, and being extremely alert to the surroundings. Check all the anxiety triggers.
